Artist Statement
In meiner Kunst beschäftige ich mich mit der Vielfalt menschlicher Erfahrungen und den unsichtbaren Dimensionen des Daseins. Mich faszinieren die Welt des Unterbewusstseins, Spiritualität und all das, was wir über das Menschsein noch nicht vollständig verstehen.
Ich arbeite mit Acrylfarben und Mixed Media. In meinen Gemälden verbinde ich vielschichtige Oberflächen mit dreidimensionalen Strukturen. Dabei möchte ich mir die kindliche Neugier bewahren und die Freiheit, meinen Gedanken ihren eigenen Weg zu lassen. In meiner Arbeit bewege ich mich zwischen abstrakter und figurativ abstrakter Malerei.
Meine spirituelle Weltanschauung ist eine treibende Kraft hinter meiner Arbeit und prägt die Art, wie ich den Menschen sehe und interpretiere. In meinen Gemälden beschäftige ich mich mit den Grenzen zwischen dem Sichtbaren und dem Unsichtbaren sowie zwischen dem Bewussten und dem Unbewussten.
Mit meinen Werken lade ich die Betrachter dazu ein, innezuhalten und sich mit ihrer eigenen inneren Welt auseinanderzusetzen. Die Spannung zwischen Getrenntsein und Einheit in der menschlichen Erfahrung eröffnet die Möglichkeit, sich als Teil von etwas Größerem zu erleben.

About me
I painted my first acrylic painting in 2006 during my handicrafts and applied arts studies and knew immediately that was my medium. Painting with acrylics allows me to express my emotions in multiple ways. I like to add texture and work with layers, and at the same time dive deeper into my thoughts and feelings.
Through my art, I offer my audience a glimpse into my inner world, sharing my personal journey in a way that is raw and authentic. My art is not just about aesthetics or technical skill, but about the emotions and stories that it communicates.
The painting process happens intuitively. It's amazing how a simple stroke or mark can lead to something unexpected and beautiful. It's not just about the final product - it's about the journey of creating it. I love experimenting with different mediums and techniques, pushing myself out of my comfort zone to see what new possibilities might arise.
I strive to be vulnerable and honest in my work, creating a space for empathy and understanding that allows my audience to relate to my art on a deeper level. By sharing my journey through my art, I hope to offer a gift to my audience - the gift of emotional resonance and human connection.
Painting is very energizing and relaxing, but sometimes it's about dealing with some painful things. Processing the struggles in life, mental wounds, and traumas makes it also healing and empowering. As I am a very positive person, I always want to close the case with a positive resolution. In the center of my heart are love, hope, and faith in humanity.
I believe that art is a powerful tool for healing and connection, offering a space for people to come together and share their stories. I aim to create a space where people can feel seen and heard, where emotions are honored and stories are shared.
